PRAIRIEVILLE - Deputies arrested a third suspect in the shooting death of a Baton Rouge man whose body was found Saturday outside a shuttered Prairieville lounge, the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office reported Wednesday.
Eujohn Moses, 33, 1363 N. Isadore St., Gramercy, was booked on a second-degree murder count Tuesday night and sent to the Ascension Detention Center in Donaldsonville, Lt. Col. Paul Robert said.
Montrell Antoinie Lemon, 20, 17232 Jefferson Highway, No. 835, Baton Rouge; and Jerelyn Lemon Stovall, 30, 316 Lenona St., Houma, were arrested and booked Monday on counts of second-degree murder of Joshua Banks, 27, deputies said.
Judge Alvin Turner, of 23rd Judicial District Court, set bond Wednesday for Moses,
Lemon and Stovall at $250,000 each, Robert said.
All three suspects remained in jail Wednesday evening, he said.
Two fishermen found the body of Banks on Saturday in the parking lot of the Alligator Bayou Bar, which has been closed for several months, Robert said.
Robert said a warrant has been issued for the arrest of a fourth person implicated in the slaying, Corey Robertson, 30, 17232 Jefferson Highway, No. 835, Baton Rouge.
Robert said investigators believe the shooting happened at the bar, but were still investigating the motive.
