Ascension Parish sheriff’s deputies are looking for the robbers riding in a 4-door Jaguar who are breaking into cash machines at car washes in Ascension and other surrounding parishes, Chief Deputy Tony Bacala said.

On March 13, security video captured two people in a silver 4-door Jaguar that pulled up to a cash machine at Dutchtown Express on La. 73 in Prairieville. The driver got out and could be seen drilling into the machine and taking the quarters, Bacala said in a news release.

The same person can be seen in security camera footage on March 18 at the Sorrento Carwash on John Leblanc Boulevard drilling the screws out of the cash machine, according to the report.

On March 19, a security camera at AAA Carwash in Prairieville captured a man with tattooed forearms, driving a light-colored, 4-door Jaguar, use a drill on the cash machines in two of the bays, the Sheriff’s Office report said.
