The Ascension Parish Sheriff's Office is looking for Eric Glascock, believed to have broken into three businesses Jan. 10, 2015 and taken deposit bags.

The Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office is looking for a suspect in the burglaries Saturday of three businesses in a shopping center, with deposit bags taken in each case, Major Kevin Hanna said Tuesday.

Detectives are looking for Eric Glascock, 42, in the break-ins at Gator Plaza, near La. 431 and La. 931, Hanna said in a news release.

Deputies found the glass in the front doors of each of the three businesses shattered, and deposit bags with an undisclosed amount of cash were missing, Hanna said.

Glascock is wanted on three counts of simple burglary, three counts of criminal damage to property and two counts of theft, according to the report.

Detectives with the Sheriff’s Office also are investigating the possibility that Glascock is responsible for several other similar types of break-ins in Ascension Parish, Hanna said.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Glascock may call the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office at (225) 621-4636; text 847411; or call Crime Stoppers at (225) 344-7867.
