Grand Award winners in the Senior Division of the Greater New Orleans Science and Engineering Fair were Srijan Duggal, Bergen Sanderford and Shuzheng Zheng of Isidore Newman High School; and Mason Varuso of Patrick F. Taylor Science and Technology Academy.

GNOSEF was Feb. 13-16 at the University of New Orleans. The winners, and their teachers and schools, received a total of more than $60,000 in awards, prizes and grants.

First-place winners in the Senior Division, for grades nine through 12, were Maisie Baudier and Blythe Broussard of John Curtis Christian School; Vanessa Chambers, Ivy Do, Jose Gonzalez, Katherine Madura, Ella Murphy, Benjamin Ryan, Freda Sciarappa and Erin Yilmaz of Benjamin Franklin High School; Megan Kihnel of Haynes Academy for Advanced Studies; Kaylan Glover of Lusher Charter School; Christian Barahona, Srijan Duggal, Dylon Hill, Bergen Sanderford and Shuzheng Zheng of Isidore Newman High School; and Olivia Gegenheimer, Jasmine McGowan, Mason Varuso and Alexander Walker of Patrick F. Taylor Science & Technology Academy.

Grand Award winners in the GNOSEF Junior Division, for grades six through eight, were Logan Millet of Christian Brothers and Rachel Pizzolato of John Curtis Christian School. 

First-place winners in the Junior Division were Dylan Bracey of Christian Brothers School; Rachel Pizzolato of John Curtis Christian School; Stoney McKnight, Anthony Rhodes and Bryson White of Benjamin Franklin Elementary School; Amiré Carey and Emmeline Meyers of the International School of Louisiana; Marcos Cardona and Hadil Qoran of Kenner Discovery Health Sciences Academy; and Alejandro Bailey, Liyah Ernest, Ashley Harris, Reagan Peters-Roussell and Nehemiah Prater of Lake Forest Elementary Charter School.
