Former City Attorney Keith Conley and current City Councilman Kent Denapolis will meet again in the May 3 runoff for the open at-large seat on the Kenner City Council.

With all 36 precincts reporting, Connelly got 47 percent of the vote and Denapolis got 44 percent, with Scarlett Alaniz finishing third with 8 percent.

Conley got 3,868 votes while Denapolis got 3,616. Alaniz got 675 votes.

All are Republicans.
