Le Cotillion is a social organization which formally presents young ladies into the community. The highlight of the season is the Presentation Ball, where the debutantes — daughters, nieces and granddaughters of members of the organization — are presented.
Le Cotillion announced the following new members at a luncheon held in their honor recently at La Provence restaurant. New members are Michelle Blanchard-Airey, Terri McCoy and Laurie White.
Beverly Bertucci and Sylvia Stanton, two founding members, presided over the installation ceremony of the new officers.
Outgoing president Nancy Jones passed the gavel to incoming president Jan Bollinger.
Other new officers installed were Ginny Kamath, vice president; Nancy Jones, second vice president; Melanie Lishman, recording secretary; Terri Parks, corresponding secretary; Shelley Compton, treasurer; Dottie Davis, member-at-large; Leslie Paulsen, president’s council chairwoman; and Stacy Zechenelly and Lynda Murrah, co-chairwomen for the Presentation Ball.
