Continuing-education courses in computers, social media marketing and the Internet will be held during the next six weeks at the Madisonville Branch of the St. Tammany Parish Library, 1123 Main St., Madisonville. The instructors will be from Southeastern Louisiana University.
- Julie Nunenmacher will teach “Catching Up With the Crowd: Intro to Computers” from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Wednesdays, April 30 to May 14.
- Joan Gunter will teach “Creating Your Social Media Marketing Plan” from 10 a.m. to noon Fridays, May 9 to May 23. The registration deadline is May 2.
- Julie Nunenmacher will teach “The Intrigue of the Internet: Intro to Internet” from 5:30 p.m. to 730 p.m. Wednesdays, May 21 to June 4. The registration deadline is May 14.
The courses are free and open to the public, and Southeastern registration is required.
