Scott Haynie shot a 63 to win the FireQuest Memorial golf tournament at Dumas Golf Club in Baker.
Jason Miller (67) was second in the championship flight, followed by Scott Wilfong (68).
The format was individual stroke play in very wet conditions.
Charles Marquette (73) won the first flight, while Mike Mulally (73) was second and Shane Starns (74) third.
James Caldwell (80) took the second flight, followed by Wayland Hoyt (81) and Roy Gay (81).
Suzanne Seefield fired an 83 to win the ladies flight, while Karen Toney (92) was second.
The team of Jan Miller, John Steen and Charles Cranford had a 75 to win the Super Seniors three-man scramble.
PELICAN POINT COUPLES TOURNEY WINNERS NAMED: The team of Sam Lavigne, Maria Fairchild, Ray Klug and Pat Klug won the Couples Spring tournament May 24 at Pelican Point.
Second place went to the team of Michael King, Madelyn King, Joe Erickson and Connie Erickson.
USSSA GOLF TOURNAMENT WINNERS NAMED: Connor Cassano of Alexandria claimed his first tour championship, winning the boys 9-11 division at the USSSA Junior Golf Tour Mizuno Battle at the Lake 2 last weekend in Westlake.
The Alexandria resident shot an 83 to win the 18-hole tournament. Runner-up Bryce Sutterfield of Oakdale finished at 89. Cameron Meyers of Lafayette (96) was third.
The boys 12-14 division was decided in a playoff after Karan Patel of Alexandria and Brayden Wright of Sulphur finished regulation tied at 164. Patel parred the No. 1 hole, leaving Wright an opportunity to push the playoff to a second hole. Wright bogeyed the par-5 hole, giving Patel the championship. Austin Wright of Sulphur finished five strokes behind to take third place.
In the boys 15-18 divsion, Seth Cox of Jennings fired a 150 to win the title. Zac Ciesla of Lake Charles was three strokes behind in second, while Reid Giardina of Sulphur was four strokes back in third.
Karlei Hemler of The Groves, Texas, won the girls 15-18 championship with a 155. Brooke Tyree of Sulphur finished four strokes behind Hemler, while third-place finisher Brooke Duzan of Sulphur finished six strokes off the lead.
Daphney Tilton of Iowa won the girls 12-14 group with a 196. McKenzie Leduff of Lake Charles was eight strokes back in second.
Isabella Bradley of Lake Charles shot a 129 over 18 holes as the only competitor in the girls 9-11 division.
