Catholic High and Episcopal claimed team titles at Saturday’s Capital City Swim League meet held at the Crawfish Aquatics pool.
The Bears scored 541 points to win the boys team title ahead of Lutcher (240) and Parkview Baptist (209) in the 13-team meet.
Episcopal finished with 312 points to place first in the 14-team girls division. Lutcher (285) edged Dutchtown (280) for second.
The meet featured five double winners.
East Ascension’s Hannah Core, two Dutchtown competitors, Alyssa Dilldine and Sara Lessard, were the girls double winners.
Catholic’s Grant Grenfell and Colin Finnegan were the boys division double winners.
Core swept the girls 50-yard (25.85 seconds) and 100 (56.17) freestyles.
Dilldine won the two distances races, the 200 (1:58.70) and 500 (5:17.06) freestyles. Lessard won the 200 individual medley (2:25.51) and the 100 butterfly (1:05.80).
Grenfell swept the boys 50 (22.52) and 100 (49.71) freestyles, while Finnegan won the 200 freestyle (1:53.54) and 100 backstroke (58.38).
