U.S. women’s soccer team set to play final World Cup Victory Tour game in New Orleans _lowres

International women's soccer is making a return trip to New Orleans.

The U.S. Women's National Team will play China PR on Dec. 16 at the Superdome, the final match of its 10-game post-World Cup Victory Tour.

The match is scheduled for 7 p.m. and will be televised on Fox Sports 1. Ticket information will be released at a later date.

This will be the second trip to New Orleans for the U.S. women's team which first visited in 2003 at Tad Gormley Stadium. This will be the team's first match at the Superdome.

The U.S. women's team won the 2015 World Cup in July. That team included players Hope Solo, Carli Lloyd, Alex Morgan and Abby Wambach.

Players for the game in New Orleans have not been confirmed.
