In Omaha, Neb., Max Ramirez singled to score Chris Getz in the 12th inning to give the Omaha Storm Chasers a 2-1 win over the New Orleans Zephyers in Pacific Coast League baseball action at Werner Park on Monday night.

The Zephyrs, who have dropped four of the first five on a seven-game road trip, are seven games out of first place. The Z’s managed one run on four hits on Monday.

Omaha (37-47) scored an unearned run in the first inning on three hits and two Zephyrs errors. Ramirez’s two-out single scored Anthony Seratelli for a 1-0 lead.

The Zephyrs (41-44) threw out two runners at the plate in the first inning.

The Zephyrs were no-hit through six innings, but Gil Velazquez and Jake Smolinski hit back-to-back doubles in the seventh to tie the game.

Getz led off the 12th inning with a walk, advanced to second base on sacrifice and scored on Ramirez single.

Michael Mariot (2-4) earned the win, pitching a scoreless 12th inning. Chris Hatcher (1-2) gave up three hits, one earned run, two walks and struck out two in two-plus innings for the loss.

Former LSU standout Louis Coleman pitched 2.2 innings of scorless relief with one walk and four strikeouts for Omaha.
