Blaire Laiche/East Ascension

Forward, Sr.

Laiche was the driving force for the Spartans to claim the Division I, District 5 crown and reach the quarterfinals of the playoffs while scoring 27 goals and collecting 17 assists.

Kennedy Achord/St. Joseph’s Academy

Midfielder, Sr.

Achord provided the bridge between the Redstickers offense and defense by commanding the midfield in Division I, District 3. She scored eight goals and had five assists.

Defender, Sr.

LeJeune was the leader of the Redstickers defense that recorded 11 shutouts and gave up one goal in Division I, District 3 play.

Adelaide Gaffney/St. Amant

Forward, Fr.

The only freshman to make the Division I All-Metro team, Gaffney scored 23 goals and had nine assists for the Gators.

Kailey Tanner/Zachary

Forward, Jr.

Tanner once again makes the first team All-Metro list after registerring 31 goals and seven assists this season in the highly competitive District 3, Division I.

Madyson Bleakley/Dutchtown

Forward, Jr.

Bleakley was the leading scorer for the Griffins and registered 18 goals and three assists. She was named the team’s offensive MVP.

Audrey Clarke/Dutchtown

Defender, Sr.

Clarke anchored the defense for Dutchtown as center back. She had two goals and two assists. She was named the overall team MVP.

Meghan Johnson/St. Joseph’s

Forward, So.

Johnson led the team with 16 goals and nine assists to help the Redstickers climb to the No. 2 seed in the Division I playoffs.

Aleah Harris/St. Joseph’s

Goalkeeper, Sr.

Provided 68 saves for the Redstickers compared to only 16 goals against.

Cameron Matherne/St. Amant

Midfielder, Sr.

Matherne provided the Gators with 12 goals and 10 assists this season.

Defender, Jr.

Williams led the Baton Rouge defense that allowed only one goal in Division I, District 3 play and 11 goals in the last two months of the season.

Lindsay Scalzo/Baton Rouge High

Midfielder/defender, Sr.

Scalzo scored nine goals and nine assists this season while playing in just about every position.

Caroline LeCoq/East Ascension

Defender, Sr.

LeCoq was named the district defensive MVP this season, while also chipping in four goals on offense.

Maggie Britton/East Ascension

Goalkeeper, Soph.

Britton allowed just nine goals all season, shutting out opposing teams 14 times.

Mak Maher/Denham Springs

Midfielder, So.

Maher scored eight goals and had an assist for the Yellow Jackets.

Erica Wilson/Denham Springs

Midfielder, Sr.

Wilson only scored two goals and had one assist, but acted as the leader for the Yellow Jackets as the senior captain.

Broussard led the Redstickers to one of their highest seedings in school history after winning the Division I,

District 3 title. St. Joseph’s reached the quarterfinals of the Division I playoffs as the No. 2 seed.

Jessica Shelby/University

Forward, Sr.

Shelby scored 22 goals and had nine assists to lead the Cubs to a Division III, District 4 title and a second consecutive trip to the Division III quarterfinals. This is Shelby’s second consecutive All-Metro selection.

Elizabeth Bankhead/University

Goalkeeper, Sr.

Bankhead returns to the All-Metro list this season after allowing only seven goals. She provided the Cubs with 58 saves and 17 shutouts.

Haleigh Consterdine/ Parkview Baptist

Defender, Jr.

Consterdine anchored the Eagles defense, which allowed only five goals in Division III, District 4 play.

OFFENSIVE MVP

Kirby Phares/Episcopal

Midfielder, Jr.

Phares was named the Division III, District 4, offensive MVP after scoring six goals this season.

Kirby Miller/University

Midfielder, Sr.

Miller led the Cubs with 22 assists this season while tacking on another 10 goals for herself.

Chloe Bourque/Central

Forward, Fr.

One of the few freshman to make the All-Metro team, Bourque scored 22 goals for Central this season.

Forward, So.

Garrity scored 11 goals for Runnels and also earned Division IV, District 4 offensive MVP honors.

Lainee Alfonso/Runnels

Alfonso earned overall district MVP honors this season after anchoring a Runnels defense that did not allow a goal in district play.

Silva led the Warriors with 19 goals and four assists this season, earning her all-district honors for Division III, District 4.

This is Spring’s second straight year making the All-Metro team. She scored eights goals and had three assists.

Elizabeth Binning/Episcopal

Midfielder, Sr.

Binning makes the jump to the first team from the second team list last season after scoring three goals and collecting four assists.

Darby Huye/Episcopal

Defender, Sr.

Huye anchored the Episcopal defense as the team’s center back, leading them to 10 shutouts on the season.

Heather Hembree/Live Oak

Defender, Jr.

Part of the defense that helped Live Oak win its first playoff game in school history this season.

Halle Mahfouz/Live Oak

Defender, Jr.

Along with Hembree, Mahfouz was named co-district MVP for Division II, District 4.
