Athletic Director Blair Harrison will complete his tenure at St. Martin’s Episcopal School at the end of this school year. He and his family are returning to their native Georgia, where Harrison will continue his coaching career.
Harrison’s accomplishments as athletic director include successful oversight of a competitive sports program that produced district and state championship teams and supervision of significant improvement to athletic facilities, including renovation of the school’s swim facility and reconditioning of the girls softball field, which led recently to St. Martin’s hosting its first home softball game in over a decade.
In addition to his role as athletic director, Harrison coached girls softball.
Harrison said, “My wife, Krissy, and I have enjoyed being members of the St. Martin’s community, and it has been a great experience for our two sons. I know the St. Martin’s athletic program will continue to grow and excel, and I wish St. Martin’s, the student athletes, and coaches much future success.”
The search for a new athletic director has begun.
