Raiders, ranked No. 10 nationally by USA Today, earned a first-round bye and enter riding a 16-game winning streak. Teurlings, a 4A school playing up in classification, beat Holy Cross 45-21 in the opening round. By comparison, Rummel beat Holy Cross 31-7 in the regular season. Chase Fourcade (1,463 passing yards, 13 TDs) is the triggerman for the Raiders’ offense. He has plenty of weapons, including RBs Maurice Bailey (795 yards, 6 TDs) and Brandon Phillips (726 yards). The defense is led by a stellar front that includes Briston Guidry and Tyrell Jacobs and a secondary headed up by CB Kristian Fulton. They will have to slow down a Rebels offense led by QB Cole Kelley, a 6-foot-7 junior who has thrown for right at 2,700 yards and 28 TDs this season.Winner plays Jesuit-St. Thomas More winner in semifinals.
