PORT ALLEN — Jyron Walker’s 72-yard touchdown pass to Abel Duhon with 2:03 left in the game lifted Class 2A Dunham over Class 3A Port Allen 20-16 in nondistrict action Friday at PAHS’ Otwell Stadium.

Walker began scoring with a 1-yard rush for Dunham (6-4). The Tigers finished with 235 yards of total offense.

Port Allen (6-4) scored its 16 points in the second quarter on Ken Broussard’s 4-yard run, Lorenzo Ozborne’s 60-yard punt return and a safety.

After trailing 16-6 going into the third quarter, Elliot Dunham pulled the Tigers within three with a 6-yard catch before Duhon’s catch.

BRUSLY 39, GLEN OAKS 13: Jaylon Green’s 208 rushing yards and two TDs paced Brusly to a District 7-3A win in its regular- season finale played at GOHS. It was the second straight win for BHS.

Glen Oaks (0-10, 0-6) led 13-7 after the first quarter, but 32 unanswered points from Brusly (3-7, 2-4) sealed the win.

Zavian Bell finished with 112 rushing yards and two TDs for Brusly while Connor Manola threw a TD pass and rushed for one.

Darius Issac returned a fumble 49 yards and Darren Evans caught a 47-yard pass from Eddie Harris in the first quarter to give Glen Oaks its lead. Harris, a first-year starter for GOHS, finished 11-for-29 with 202 yards.

EPISCOPAL 35, CAPITOL 0: The ninth-ranked Knights of Class 2A rolled up 230 yards of offense in the District 6-2A finale shutout of the Lions.

William D’Armond completed 5-of-8 passes for 111 yards and two TDs and rushed 19 yards for another TD.

Spencer Kleinpeter caught two passes for 72 yards and two TDs, while T.J. Wisham rushed 66 yards for two TDs of his own.

Episcopal (7-2, 3-2) held Capitol (2-8, 1-4) to 110 total yards of offense.

Capitol’s Davante Maxwell completed 9 of 12 passes for 79 yards and two interceptions.

SCOTLANDVILLE 36, DONALDSONVILLE 6: Class 5A Scotlandville cruised in its nondistrict regular-season win over Class 3A Donaldsonville.

Tyler Brown completed 6-of-15 passes for 70 yards with four interceptions and rushed 55 yards on 8 attempts for Donaldsonville (4-5, 1-2).

Jaquel Gant caught one pass for 31 yards and the Tigers’ only TD of the night.

Scotlandville improved to 7-3, 4-2 before heading into the playoffs.

CHEF 47, NEW ORLEANS HOME SCHOOL 20: On Thursday, CHEF downed New Orleans Home School to win the Association of Christian Educators of Louisiana (ACEL) Championship Game.

After trailing 14-12 at halftime, CHEF scored 35 points in the second half to pull away. CHEF’s Arek Moslander completed 5-of-8 passes for 191 yards and 4 TDs and rushed in another.

Timothy Costa caught four passes for 134 yards and caught 3 of Moslander’s TD passes. Myron Ernest rushed 243 yards and all three NOHS TDs on 40 attempts in the loss.
