The New Orleans Pelicans will participate as one of the 24 teams in the NBA Summer League in Las Vegas, the NBA announced Wednesday.

The league will run from July 8-18 at the Thomas and Mack Center and Cox Pavilion on the campus of the UNLV.

The league will feature a tournament-style schedule and culminate in a championship game for the fourth consecutive year.

This will be New Orleans’ 11th summer in Las Vegas. Last summer, the Pelicans finished with a 5-1 record, and advanced to the league semifinals, and two members of Pelicans’ team earned All-Summer League honors (Seth Curry, first team; Larry Drew II, second team).

The Pelicans’ Summer League roster and schedule will be announced at later dates.
