One man is the coach of a young team that is trying to build a winner despite being decimated with injuries. The other man is the coach of a team in the largest media market with a petulant star player, who could leave via free agency after this season. Pelicans coach Monty Williams and New York Knicks coach Mike Woodson have different situations, but they both agree on this: Their players shouldn't be worrying about the upcoming NBA trade deadline.
