As a hard rain fell over their headquarters in Metairie, the Saints announced their training camp practice starting late Monday morning will be indoors and closed to the public.
The 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m. workout was supposed to be open. Some 2,700 people attended the team’s practice Sunday, their first since returning from The Greenbrier resort in West Virginia, where they trained from July 24 to Aug. 13.
The Saints’ media policy prohibits live updates of practices that are closed to the public. The Advocate will have a participation report available some time as well as observations after practice wraps up.
