Though they stretched and participated in individual drills on Wednesday, New Orleans running back Mark Ingram and nose tackle Brodrick Bunkley sat out team drills due to injuries, the team said.

Ingram (toe) hasn’t taken part in team drills or played in a game since after Week 2, and Bunkley (calf) hasn’t practiced or played since hurting himself in Week 1.

Safety Roman Harper (knee), defensive end Tyrunn Walker (knee) and wide receiver Lance Moore (hand) also did not take part in team drills. They did not stretch or participate in individual drills.

Defensive end Tom Johnson returned to team drills but was limited in them. He hadn’t practiced or played since injuring his hamstring in Week 2. Cornerback Keenan Lewis (hip) was also limited.

Meanwhile, the Saints (4-0) waived cornerback Jumal Rolle from the practice squad and re-signed fullback Austin Johnson, they said.

Check back later for more on the Saints from www.theadvocate.com or in Thursday’s edition of The Advocate.
