New Orleans Saints safety Malcolm Jenkins (knee) and guard Jahri Evans (hip) on Thursday missed their second practice this week, the team said.

Wide receiver Marques Colston (knee), safety Kenny Vaccaro (back/concussion) and defensive end Tyrunn Walker returned to work in a limited capacity Thursday after sitting out Wednesday.

Other Saints who were limited Thursday were defensive end Cameron Jordan (ankle), safety Roman Harper (knee), tight end Jimmy Graham (foot) and defensive end Tom Johnson (hip).

Jenkins sat out the second half of Sunday’s game with the Buffalo Bills with what teams officials said was a leg injury, while Vaccaro was hurt late in the fourth quarter when he collided with cornerback Keenan Lewis as they tried to break up a pass.

Colston and Evans apparently made it through the Bills game with their injuries. Walker was inactive for the third game in a row.

The Saints visit the New York Jets on Sunday.
