WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS, W.Va. -- Champ Bailey is still missing.

After missing Thursday's walkthrough for undisclosed reasons, the cornerback was not present during Friday's practice.

Offensive lineman Ty Nsekhe was also absent.

Guard Ben Grubbs, wide receivers Kenny Stills and Steve Hull, and cornerback Terrence Ferderick did not dress for practice.

-- The intensity remains high. During the opening segment of positional drills, defensive lineman Tyrunn Walker got into scrap with offensive lineman Zach Strief.

--A few plays later, defensive lineman Junior Galette got into it with running back Mark Ingram.

-- A few plays after that defensive lineman George Uko got into it with Manase Foketi.

-- Running back Tim Flanders flashed on Friday. He picked up a big gain on a run to the left side of the field.

-- Derek Dimke hit from 32, 47, and 47 yards. Shayne Graham hit from 32 and 47, but missed his second attempt from 47 yards.

-- Defensive lineman Brandon Deaderick is turning it around. After a slow start, he had two decisive wins in a 1-on-1 drill. Offensive lineman Jahri Evans also had a big win, standing Akiem Hicks up in the same drill.

-- Trevin Wade had a costly missed tackle on a short pass to Joe Morgan that should have been a touchdown. The play failed after Morgan got lazy with the ball near the end zone, which allowed Pierre Warren to strip him.

-- Nick Toon dropped a pass that hit him in the chest. He later caught a pass on the sidelines.

-- Running back Travaris Cadet had a nice cutback run and picked up a big gain on a screen pass.

-- Safety Jairus Byrd dropped a punt.

-- Wide receiver Seantavius Jones downed a punt on the 1-yard line. He's fighting for a roster spot. Granted, it was a fair-catch drill, but producing on special teams will help his case.

-- Cam Jordan, who was rolled up on during Thursday's session, was limited Friday.

-- Brandon Coleman had a nice catch on the edge of the end zone. He tapped both feet before call out of bounds.

-- Warren broke up a pass intended for Jones. Warren is making a strong case for a roster spot.

-- Linebacker Kevin Reddick also had a nice pass breakup.
