The New Orleans Saints signed Justin Murray to the practice squad on Monday, filling one of the open spots left by the promotions of tight end Garrett Griffin and cornerback Arthur Maulet.

Murray, a 6-foot-5, 304-pounder who played his college football at Cincinnati, was recently released from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers practice squad.

He has also spent time with the Denver Broncos.

Saints cornerback De'Vante Harris, who was released on Saturday, cleared the waiver system, and now New Orleans can bring him back to the practice squad if the team wants to make that move.
