The Saints (6-8) did not do team drills Wednesday; but if they had, defensive lineman Akiem Hicks (ankle), tackle Terron Armstead (neck) and safety Jamarca Sanford (hamstring) would've been sidelined because of injuries, the team said.

All three played in the Saints' 31-15 victory at Chicago. But Armstead was hurt 13 snaps into the game and was replaced by Bryce Harris; Sanford left and returned to accumulate 36 snaps; and Hicks played 41 snaps.

The Saints held a walkthrough at their facility on Wednesday.

For the Falcons (5-9), whom the Saints host Sunday, guard Jon Asamoah (back), wide receiver Harry Douglas (foot), wide receiver Julio Jones (hip), safety William Moore (foot) and wide receiver Roddy White (knee) sat out team drills on Wednesday with injuries.

Atlanta defensive back Josh Wilson was a full-go despite being listed on the injury report with a hurt hand.

ESPN’s Field Yates is reporting that ex-Saints wide receiver Joseph Morgan worked out for the Oakland Raiders (2-12). Morgan was with the Saints since 2011 but missed his first and third years in New Orleans with knee injuries; he was released after the team’s 41-10 loss at home against Carolina on Dec. 7. ... A former fourth-round draft selection for the Saints, rookie linebacker Khairi Fortt landed on the Jacksonville Jaguars’ season-ending injured reserve on Wednesday.
