New Orleans Saints cornerback Marshon Lattimore (23) breaks up a pass intended for Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans (13) during the fourth quarter Sunday, Nov. 5, 2017, at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. The Saints won 30-10.

The New Orleans Saints left open the possibility that rookie cornerback Marshon Lattimore would be able to play against Carolina, but the Saints have declared him inactive, ending those hopes.

Lattimore has been battling an ankle injury since the first series against Washington.

But New Orleans isn't in as dire a situation at cornerback as it was last week. Ken Crawley, as he said earlier this week, is playing, as is P.J. Williams, who did not practice on Friday due to a shoulder injury.

Left tackle Terron Armstead, who battled thigh and shoulder injuries this week, is also active, along with No. 3 quarterback Taysom Hill, who is active for the first time this season.
