Advocate staff photo by SCOTT THRELKELD -- New Orleans Saints tight end Jimmy Graham (80) drops a pass against the Minnesota Vikings during the fourth quarter Sunday, Sept. 21, 2014, at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome.

Despite being dressed and on the field for conditioning work, Jimmy Graham did not take part in Wednesday’s practice.

The Saints tight end suffered a shoulder injury during a Week 5 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. It has been reported that he will miss 2-3 weeks of action, but coach Sean Payton declined the opportunity to comment on Graham’s situation.

It wasn’t all bad news. Running back Mark Ingram (hand) and fullback Erik Lorig (ankle) both returned to action and practiced fully. Ingram has missed the last several weeks after undergoing hand surgery and it was the first time Lorig has practiced this season.

Center Jonathan Goodwin (knee) was also a full participant.

Linebackers Ramon Humber (ankle) and Kyle Knox (ankle) and cornerback Patrick Robinson (hamstring) did not practice.
