Morstead's foundation, What You Give Will Grow, has raised more money during this campaign than it has in any other single event it has put together.
The veteran punter tore cartilage in the right side of his ribs making a tackle after his first punt against the Vikings, but he stayed in the game and unleashed two offerings of more than 55 yards.
Vikings fans appreciated Morstead coming back onto the field for the NFL-mandated conversion try, and a fan on Reddit started the campaign. Morstead promised to fly up to Minnesota during Super Bowl week if the fundraising crossed $100,000, and once it hit $221,143, Children's Minnesota wrote a letter to the foundation asking that all donations after that go to other child life programs.
