Desperate for help at receiver, the Bills traded for a familiar Saints' foe at the deadline.

Now, after being inactive last Thursday night, former Carolina Panthers wide receiver Kelvin Benjamin is likely going to make his Buffalo debut on Sunday against New Orleans.

"We're going to monitor as we go through the week," Bills coach Sean McDermott said. "Right now, it looks like he'll be ready to go. He's done a good job of getting himself up to speed quickly."

Benjamin obviously knows McDermott, who was the Panthers' defensive coordinator before getting the job in Buffalo.

And the Saints know Benjamin. The big receiver caught two passes for eight yards before leaving Carolina's game against New Orleans due to injury, and he has 17 catches for 192 yards in five games against the Saints in his career overall.
