Saints coach Sean Payton listed five players — including starting right tackle Zach Strief and starting nose tackle Brodrick Bunkley — as questionable for Sunday night’s big game with the Carolina Panthers in the Mercedes-Benz Superdome.

Strief and Bunkley, who both suffered ankle injuries in Monday night’s game with the Seattle Seahawks, practiced on a limited basis Friday. Bunkley returned to work Friday, while Strief was back Thursday.

The other players listed as questionable by Payton — LB Keyunta Dawson (calf), S Rafael Bush (ankle) and DE Glenn Foster (knee) — did not participate in Friday’s practice session.

Panthers coach Ron Rivera ruled guard Chris Scott, who has a knee injury, out of the game between the NFC South co-leaders.

LB Jordan Senn (hamstring) is questionable, while DE Charles Johnson (knee), RB Jonathan Stewart (ankle), RB DeAngelo Williams (quad), FB Mike Tolbert (knee), TE Ben Hartsock (knee) and T Nate Chandler (knee) are probable.

Senn did not practice Friday, while all of the players that are listed as probable had full participation.
