Damian Swann, who returned to action Sunday for the first time in four games, was carted from the field in the fourth quarter of the New Orleans-Tampa Bay game on Sunday.
Swann, who has suffered two concussions this season, was injured making a tackle on a Buccaneer over the middle.
The rookie cornerback suffered his first concussion against Philadelphia, missed two games, then came back against the New York Giants and suffered his second concussion of the season in that game.
Swann has missed the last four games as he recovers from that concussion. He had played extensively, making four tackles, before leaving the game against Tampa Bay.
