The Saints are bringing in one of the top quarterback prospects in the draft for a visit.
After kicking the tires on some of the quarterbacks expected to go a little lower in the draft, New Orleans will now bring Jared Goff to town, according to NFL Network.
Goff completed 64.5 percent of his passes last season for 4,714 yards with 43 touchdowns and 13 interceptions.
The former Cal quarterback is considered to be one of the top quarterbacks in this class and is expected to be selected in the first half of the draft.
It’s possible to see a scenario where Goff could slip to the No. 12 pick if teams value Carson Wentz, the other top quarterback in this class, over him.
The Saints also reportedly have visits set up with Michigan State’s Connor Cook and Indiana’s Nate Sudfeld.
