OKLAHOMA CITY — Rob Segedin drilled a solo home run in the third inning and three Dodger pitchers combined to shutout the New Orleans Baby Cakes 2-0.

Wilmer Font earned his 10th win of the season pitching six innings. Yaisel Sierra pitched two innings and Jordan Jankowski earned the save pitching a scoreless ninth to cap the teams ninth shutout of the season.

The former Tulane star, Segedin led off the third inning with a solo home run. Oklahoma City added a run in the eighth inning on a two-out double from Max Muncy and scored on a pinch-hit single from Tim Locastro.

The Baby Cakes were outhit 7-3. New Orleans loaded the bases in the sixth inning but Font worked out of trouble.

New Orleans (53-77) left five men on base.

GAME NOTES: The Baby Cakes have one error in their last 114 innings played, a span of a dozen games. New Orleans has been involved in 23 shutouts.

UPCOMING: The Baby Cakes continue the four-game series at 7:05 Tuesday. New Orleans will start LHP Mike Kickham against RHP David Hale.
