The editors of Food Network Magazine say the best pizza in Louisiana is the Pizzaletta at Cascio’s Market Bistro in Bossier City.

The Pizzaletta is a pizza sandwich made with muffaletta ingredients: Genoa salami, Black Forest ham, olive salad and provolone. A second pizza crust is placed atop the toppings and sprinkled with mozzarella, provolone and crushed red pepper.
