Galatoire’s Bistro will host a Saint Arnold Brewing Company Beer Dinner at 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 5. The dinner will pair a five-course menu prepared by Executive Chef Kelley McCann with Saint Arnold beers.
Colin Klingemann and Halston McMullan, reps from the Houston brewery, will give information on each beer and pairing.

Hors d’oeuvres: Roasted eggplant, garlic and white anchovy crostini; shrimp and banana pepper deviled eggs; seared beef, paired with Art Car, an IPA.
First course: Roasted pork belly, paired with Santo, a black Kölsch.
Second course: Toasted Halloumi cheese, paired with Fancy Lawnmower.
Third course: Duck two ways, paired with Endeavor IPA.
Fourth course: Broiled Louisiana shrimp, paired with Boiler Room, a Berliner Weisse.
Fifth course: Pumpkin Panna cotta, paired with Pumpkinator, an Imperial pumpkin stout.
