It’s just the second week of blind auditions on NBC’s “The Voice,” and two Louisiana singers have already made it on a team.

James Dupre, a native of Bayou Chicot in Evangeline Parish, chose Team Adam (Levine) Sept. 22 after his rendition of Hootie and the Blowfish’s “Let Her Cry” prompted all four judges to turn around their chairs.

On Monday night’s show, Tyler Dickerson of Denham Springs rocked the stage with The Black Crowes’ “Hard to Handle.” Dickerson automatically advanced to Team Blake (Shelton) after Shelton was the sole judge to flip around his chair.

“What the hell is wrong with you people?” Shelton asked the other judges when they didn’t react to Dickerson’s song.

Besides Shelton and Levine, Gwen Stefani and Pharrell Williams are judges/mentors for the show’s ninth season.

“The Voice” airs at 7 p.m. Monday and Tuesday.
