Masonic Lodge installs officers

Milford Masonic Lodge No. 117 installed 2013 officers on Dec. 13 at Hope Villa. Milford is the oldest lodge that was originally chartered in East Baton Rouge Parish. They are Nick Auck, worshipful master; Robert West, senior warden; Robert Hobbs, junior warden; Jess Searles, treasurer; Jimmy Aucoin, master of ceremonies; Marcus Carpenter, senior deacon; Tim Worthy, junior deacon; and Steve Kemp, tyler. Unable to attend were Jeff Maynor, secretary, and Wally Settoon, chaplain.

William Mollere, Louisiana grand junior warden, was installing officer. Chip Borne, past grand master, was installing chaplain. Past Master Steve Kemp was installing marshal. Also attending were Most Worshipful Grand Master Frank duTreil, Past Grand Master Bev Guillot, Archivist Sally Sinor, District 13 Grand Lecturer Jimmie Dunkin and District 13 Deputy Grand Master Danny Smith.
