The founding members of the local Dress for Success chapter want more people to know about their mission: helping disadvantaged women attain economic independence by providing them with professional clothing for job interviews.
To learn more about the organization’s work in the community, visit Ty Larkins Interiors, 1948 Government St., for a wine and cheese party Thursday from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
At the “Shop for Success” event, guests can enter a raffle to win an item donated by Larkins and get 20 percent off items in the showroom. Other sponsors include David Heroman and Dr. Corey Hall.
