ÉTOUFFÉE FESTIVAL: 5 p.m. to midnight Friday, 11 a.m. to midnight Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday. St. John Francis Regis Church Grounds, 370 Main St., Arnaudville. LOUISIANA PIRATE FESTIVAL: Lake Charles Civic Center, 900 Lakeshore Drive, Lake Charles. Formerly Contraband Days, this 11-day festival celebrates the treasures in southwest Louisiana.
