All restaurants and retail shops will be open. There will be traditional Cajun French music at Taunt NaNa's, and Blue Merlot will be playing at Jolie Fleur Florist. KANE radio will have a CD signing party with Cajun and Zydeco artists, then, starting at 6:30 p.m., Chubby Carrier will entertain in the Steamboat Pavilion until 9:30 p.m.
