Stewed Tomato Pork

Serves 6 to 8. Recipe is by Julie Kay.

1 (1 pound) pork sirloin tip roast or pork loin

2 (14.5-ounce) cans stewed tomatoes

2 onions, sliced

1 green bell pepper, sliced

3 stalks celery, chopped

1. Put pork loin into slow cooker. Add all other ingredients and cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours.

2. Serve with wild rice.
