Strawberry Cream Cheese Sandwiches

Strawberry Cream Cheese (Philadelphia brand)

3 tbls. powdered sugar per tub of cream cheese

Cinnamon Swirl Raisin Bread (Pepperidge Farm)

Fresh strawberries, sliced

1. In a small mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese with powdered sugar.

2. Spread mixture on two slices of bread.

3. Place a layer of sliced strawberries on one of the slices of bread that has been spread with strawberry cream cheese. Top with the other slice of bread.

4. Trim crusts from the bread and, using a serrated knife, cut sandwich into 4 pieces. Repeat process to make additional sandwiches.
