Mixed Green Salad With Feta

Serves 25. Recipe is from Beverly Balhoff and Sandra Balhoff.

32 ozs. romaine lettuce

16 ozs. spring mix lettuces

1 (6-oz.) bag Craisins

1 (8.25-oz. to 10-oz.) can honey roasted cashews, lightly chopped

24 ozs. feta cheese

Half of a large container of red grapes, sliced lengthwise

1/2 of (7.25-oz.) jar sunflower seeds

1 (12-oz.) bottle Brianna’s Poppy Seed Dressing

In large bowl, mix half of the ingredients at a time with the dressing.

Note: The recipe can be halved or doubled. If you like, substitute honey roasted peanuts for the cashews.
