Savory Cheese Roll With Amazing Party Crackers

For cheese roll:

2 (8-oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened

3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 (1.4-oz.) pkg. Original Savory Seasoning

1 dash of Tabasco sauce, optional

Chopped pecans or almonds

Chopped parsley

For party crackers:

1 (1.4-oz.) pkg. Savory Saltine Seasoning

13/4 cups canola oil

1 box Premium Saltine Crackers (4 tubes)

1 (2-gallon) zip-top plastic bag

1. To make cheese ball: Mix cheeses, Worcestershire sauce, Original Savory Seasoning and Tabasco; blend well. Form a log or a ball. Coat with chopped pecans or almonds and parsley. Cover and chill for 1 hour or more before serving.

2. To make Amazing Party Crackers: Add contents of seasoning mix package to canola oil in the plastic bag and mix well. Add crackers. Seal bag with lots of air in it. Toss crackers in bag every 10-15 minutes and repeat for 1 hour to evenly coat crackers. Let crackers rest at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.

3. Serve cheese ball with crackers.
