Curried Deviled Eggs

Serves 6. Recipe is from McCormick.

6 hard cooked eggs, peeled

¼ cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon curry powder

¼ teaspoon ground mustard

¼ teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon chopped chives

1. Slice eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks; place in small bowl. Mash yolks with fork or potato masher.

2. Stir in mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder, ground mustard, salt and pepper. Stir until smooth. Spoon mixture into egg halves.

3. Garnish with chives.
