BD Kitchen Co., 7350 Jefferson Highway, Suite 490, in Towne Center Shopping Center behind Chico?s, has scheduled two cooking classes in June.

The first will be taught by Daniel Kearley, executive chef at Niche Bar and Grill, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. June 23.

Kearley?s menu includes a spring mix salad with orange balsamic vinaigrette; a grilled and baked chicken with a spicy crawfish, tasso and mushroom Alfredo sauce; and baklava.

Wanda Calkins will teach a class called ?From the Gulf? from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. June 29.

Calkins will show how to prepare Maryland-style Lump Crab Cake With Creolaise Sauce; Fresh Redfish Grilled With Butter Garlic and topped with Mushroom Trio Wine Sauce; and Light Cream and Berry Mix in a milk chocolate cup with coffee.

Cost for each class is $50 per person.
