Creole Mustard Sauce
Makes 1¼ cups. Recipe is from “Roux to Do: The Art of Cooking in Southeast Louisiana” by the Junior League of Greater Covington.
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup Creole mustard or country-style Dijon mustard
½ teaspoon prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Juice of 1 lemon
Whisk all ingredients together until smooth. Serve cold with ham.
