Serves 12. Recipe is from 10 to 12 fresh ripe peaches

1 cup sugar

6 tbls. fresh lemon juice

2 tbls. frozen orange juice concentrate

1/4 cup sweet sherry

2 cups sour cream

1. Peel peaches and purée with sugar in food processor.

2. Blend in fresh lemon juice, orange concentrate, sherry and sour cream. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
