Don and Charlotte Frattini, of Baton Rouge, celebrated their 21st anniversary with a Baltic cruise. In Pushkin, Russia, the Frattinis visited Catherine's Palace, where they were welcomed by a marching band and then toured the Palace and The Amber Room, which was considered to be the 'Eighth Wonder of the World.' They were treated to a dinner in the Grand Hall with dancing and folk music. The cruise started in Stockholm, Sweden and also included stops at Tallinn, Estonia; St. Petersburg, Russia; Helsinki, Finland; Riga, Latvia; Klaipeda, Lithuania; and Berlin, Germany, where they saw the remnants of the Berlin Wall, Checkpoint Charley and the Brandenburg Gate. The cruise concluded in Copenhagen, Denmark. The Frattinis were accompanied by longtime friends Don Ciosek and Bobbie Fulton, of South Carolina.
