A group of LSU FIJI graduates gathered to surprise their house's former kitchen staff member, Jessie Hamilton, by paying off her mortgage Saturday afternoon, April 3, 2021. They also celebrated her birthday, coincidentally today, by providing a fully catered lunch for her and her family as they declared it "Jessie Hamilton Day".
