The Boys & Girls Club of Greater Baton Rouge is launching a blue door marketing campaign to raise awareness about its programs for youth.
Sponsors can choose to display a blue 3-D door display or cover their existing front door with a blue vinyl cling. Interested businesses or individuals can email Melody Watson, director of development for the Boys & Girls Club, at email@example.com or call (225) 383-3928.
Members of the American Advertising Federation of Baton Rouge created the campaign as part of its annual Campaign for Community Initiative, in which every January it selects a local nonprofit to receive a free marketing campaign.
“We are so pleased with the volunteerism of the advertising community. What we were able to create for the Boys & Girls Club at no cost will help bring awareness to their program and encourage more people to donate to the cause and volunteer their time for the kids,” said Barb Braud, Creative Assistance Program art director for Lamar Graphics.
