The following Baton Rouge-area schools and offices have announced closures or delays because of continued issues caused by this week's winter weather.

Most -- but not all -- schools and offices have indicated that they'd reopen Friday. Below is a list of schools and offices who've announced they will remain closed Friday.

(Note: Ascension Parish public schools will reopen Friday. East Baton Rouge Parish public schools will be open Friday as well, but Supt. Warren Drake said a select few campuses might be closed; more details to come.)

-- Advantage Charter Academy in Baker

-- Central Private School in Central

-- Democracy Prep Baton Rouge

-- False River Academy in New Roads

-- Hosanna Christian Academy in Baton Rouge

-- Impact Charter Academy in Baker

-- LSU Lab School in Baton Rouge
